Bhai 3rd class service ha, I am writing this complaint to bring to your attention the inconvenience caused by the delay in your bus service on 08-07-25. I had booked a ticket for the hemkunt sahib scheduled to depart at 4:30 AM. However, the bus was intentionally delayed and departed only at 7:30 AM, causing unnecessary trouble and stress. It is clear that this delay was avoidable, as no valid explanation was provided for it. Such incidents not only tarnish the reputation of your service but also inconvenience passengers who rely on timely transportation. I request you to investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure that such delays are avoided in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could consider compensating for the inconvenience caused.
